Product Description
IH stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump is used to transport corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water and the liquids are without solid particles or fibers. The temperature of pumped liquid is generally for 20℃ ~ 105℃. When the pump is equipped with cooling device, the temperature of pumped fluid can be higher.
The maximum working pressure of the pump is 1.6MPa.
Flow range: 6.3 ~ 400 m3/h
Head range: 5 ~ 125 m.
According to the corrosion of pumped liquids, the flow parts of the pump can be stainless steel SS304, SS316 or SS316L etc.
IH stainless steel chemical centrifugal horizontal pump is a single - stage single - suction cantilever centrifugal pump. The rated performance points and dimensions of the pump meets the international standard iso2858-1975 (E). The pump is used into mechanical industry to replace the F corrosion centrifugal pump with energy saving for the chemical process.
IH chemical pump is widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other industrial sectors to transport corrosive fluids.
Pump features:
1.IH type chemical pump mainly consists of pump body ,impeller, seal ring, impeller nut, pump cover, mechanical seal, intermediate support, shaft and bracket etc.
2.rotation direction of pump: from the driving end, it rotates clockwise.
3.. Back pull out structure for easy maintenance
4. Seal: gland packing or mechanical seal (single end face or double end faces)
